How do I activate two-factor authentication?

Currency transactions
Does not show the purchased currency in the personal account, although several days have passed. What to do?

I can't cancel the order/ tokens were not credited to the account
Please send us an email to [email protected] and attach a screenshot of the order or a screenshot of the error. We will try to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
Can I cancel the order?
Yes, to cancel an order, go to the Order page at the top of the site.
Please note that you can cancel only those orders that have not been accepted, because as soon as the order is executed, such an operation is irreversible and cannot be canceled.
Where can I view my order history?

I placed an order to buy 100 coins, and only 20 coins were credited to me. Why?

When will my order be processed?
Please note that the site administration does not accept, control or interfere with trading on the stock exchange. Please wait for another user to accept your order or you can cancel an open order and submit a new one with a more competitive price.
I put out an order, but for some reason my order was not accepted. At the same time, I see that purchase orders that are cheaper have already been processed. Why?
All orders are accepted exclusively by users of the exchange, the site administration does not accept, does not control and does not interfere with trading on the exchange. If you want to speed it up, you can cancel the open order and submit a new one with a more competitive price.
Where can I see purchase orders?
The purchase order will be displayed on the main page or on the Trades tab.
How do I create a purchase order?
To create a purchase order, go to the main Bidding page. You can choose a cryptocurrency in the “Market” window by double-clicking on the required coin.
On this page you can see the forms for the purchase and sale of cryptocurrencies.
Please note that a buy or sell order cannot exceed your balance.
The page also displays windows in which the current buy and sell orders of other users of our exchange are visible. Note that the exchange rate is not fixed, since the YBITAZ platform is an exchange, not an exchanger, so the rates are taken based on the orders placed by other users on the Trades page.

What is the amount of the transaction fee?
